SAN ANGELO, Texas — Local entrepreneurs competed to develop and expand their businesses to win cash prizes in the 2022 San Angelo Business Plan Competition. Of the 37 entries in the competition, three made the finals and the winners were announced on Wednesday, Nov. 16, at the Development Corporation meeting that took place at City Hall. He will begin serving a four-year term Jan. 2nd and will succeed Chief Justice John D. Minton Jr., who is retiring after 14 years as the head of the court and judicial branch.
