BCBS names Bradley to head strategy, planning

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has promoted Jenni Bradley to director of strategy and planning in the provider network management division, according to a news release.

Bradley will oversee teams responsible for developing and maintaining relationships that support BlueCross provider networks in providing high-quality care to members. She’ll also work on contracting efforts and coordinated strategies that encourage evidence-based treatment in practices and healthcare facilities across the state, the release stated.

“We’re excited to have Jenni leading development and support of innovation concepts that enhance how we work with providers on behalf of our members,” said Marc Barclay, BlueCross vice president of provider network contracting and chief managed care officer in the release. “She collaborates skillfully with teams across the company, and we are grateful to have her in this new role as we focus on aligning provider payments with the quality of the care they provide their BlueCross-insured patients.”

Bradley joined the BlueCross provider innovations team in 2015 and has served in an interim director role for the past several months. She previously served as a manager of strategic projects for network strategy and value-based contracting, leading a team that created and implemented the Oncology Medical Home initiative, the company’s first value-based specialty care program, according to the release.

Bradley earned a master’s degree in political management from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville’s college scholars program with an emphasis on political science and rhetoric.

Moore earns masters in residential marketing

Cheryl Moore of Core Homes in Chattanooga has been inducted as a Master in Residential Marketing of the National Association of Home Builders, according to a news release.

Moore earned her Master’s in Residential Marketing designation through a combination of professional education and experience in the real estate field. She has been working in the industry for 11 years and is the director of marketing for Core Homes. Only two people in the state of Tennessee hold a Master in Residential Marketing designation, the release stated.

The Institute of Residential Marketing is a professional organization under the auspices of the National Association of Home Builders, according to the release, and its purpose is to recognize and promote professionalism, education and ethics in new home sales and marketing.

White named president of Alliance for Dade

The Alliance for Dade has named Sandy White as president and chief executive officer, according to a news release from the organization.

White has more than 30 years of experience in leadership positions in the tourism and hospitality industry. She previously served as executive director of several Georgia organizations, including Washington-Wilkes County Tourism, Main Street & Chamber of Commerce, the Hinesville-Liberty County Tourism and Main Street, and the Hawkinsville-Pulaski Economic Development, Chamber of Commerce and Main Street. Most recently, she managed visitor services for the Greater Sitka Chamber of Commerce in Sitka, Alaska.

“The entire board is very pleased to have Sandy join us,” said George Williams, chair of the Alliance for Dade. “With her extensive experience, she has already hit the ground running, and we know she will accelerate the goals of the Alliance.”
