Hi, I’m Rachel, a former marketing exec turned small business coach. I launched Great Business in 2021 to fill a gap I saw in the entrepreneurial community. As a seasoned professional, I knew what it took to succeed in the business world, but I realized that many first-time founders were lacking the real, actionable advice they needed to get started. That’s why I created this site – to provide a supportive community and tangible resources for side-hustlers and small business owners just starting out.

I noticed that most business blogs and websites were offering generic advice that didn’t really resonate with me, or with the entrepreneurs I was meeting. They’d say things like “follow your passion” or “be innovative,” but they wouldn’t back it up with real numbers or examples. That’s why I decided to take a different approach. Every week, I break down the finances and strategies of a real founder, so you can see what’s working and what’s not. It’s not always pretty, but it’s real – and it’s what you need to succeed.

My goal with Great Business is to create a community that’s supportive, motivating, and most importantly, helpful. I want you to feel like you’re not alone in this journey, and that you have the tools and resources you need to overcome any obstacle.
